What Wingman sees, where it goes, and what is kept. Written to be read.

The short version

What Wingman reads when you ask a question

The chart. Symbol, timeframe, recent price bars, the indicators on the chart and their values, and drawings. If you ask it to look at the chart, an image of the chart.

The figures around the chart, if this is switched on (it is by default, and you can switch it off in settings under Chart features). On an exchange this can include funding, open interest, your leverage, and figures your exchange displays such as your available balance, position and profit or loss. On TradingView it includes items such as market cap and the next earnings date.

Your trader profile, if you filled it in: style, markets, account size, risk per trade and notes.

Wingman does not read other tabs, your browsing history, passwords, wallet keys or anything you type into a site.

Where it goes

Your question and the items above are sent to Wingman's server and on to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the answer. They are sent over an encrypted connection. Wingman's server does not log the content of your questions or the answers.

What we keep

Your account: the name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, used to sign you in.

Your credits: your balance and a record of each charge, which includes the time, the model used and the size of the request, but not what was asked or answered.

Your settings, if you leave sync on: your chosen model, panel options, quick prompts and the trader profile you filled in (style, markets, account size, risk per trade, notes), so they are there when you sign in on another browser. Turn off "Keep my settings with my account" in the extension's settings and the saved copy is deleted.

Payments: handled by Stripe for cards and NOWPayments for crypto. We receive confirmation of payment and keep a record of what was bought. We never see or store your card number or wallet keys.

What stays on your device

Your chat history is stored only in your browser and is never uploaded. You can export or delete your chats at any time from the extension's settings, and removing the extension removes them. Your settings and trader profile live in your browser too; a copy is kept with your account only while settings sync is on.

What Wingman can and cannot do

It can read and draw on the chart. On TradingView it can create alerts, edit watchlists and save scripts, and it asks before doing so unless you turn that off. It cannot use an order form, connect to a wallet, move funds or place a trade.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The dashboard stores a sign-in token in your browser, and loads Google's sign-in button when you sign in.
