Packs can be paid by card or in crypto. Plans renew monthly by card. Taxes may apply.
How credits work
One balance, two sources
Your plan's monthly allowance is used first and resets each month. Credits from packs are used after that and never expire.
What an answer costs
A typical question costs roughly 10 to 25 credits. You see the exact cost under every answer, and your balance in the panel as you go.
What costs more
Asking Wingman to look at the chart image, long Pine Script sessions, and the deeper models. Quick reads on the default model cost the least.
What costs nothing
Hovering levels, pinning lines, drawing a plan, reopening old chats. Only answers use credits.
Stopping an answer
If you stop a reply part-way you pay only for the part that was written.
Never a surprise bill
There is no overage. When credits run out Wingman stops and tells you, and nothing is charged until you choose to top up.
Billing questions
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. You get 200 credits when you sign up, with no card.
Subscription or packs?
If you use Wingman most trading days, a subscription gives you more credits per dollar. If you use it now and then, packs are simpler and the credits never expire. You can have both.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. The monthly allowance resets on each renewal. Pack credits are separate and stay until you use them.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes, for credit packs. Your credits are added once the network confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Subscriptions renew by card.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, under Billing, at any time. You keep your allowance until the end of the period you paid for, and your pack credits after that.
Where do I see what I have spent?
Your dashboard shows your balance, every answer's cost and your daily usage.
